How Secure is our Site?

We use 3D sercure Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code.

3D Secure uses a more secure method for authenticating the cardholder at the time of the transaction. The scheme is set up as an online equivalent to Chip and PIN, where the customer is required to enter a password at their card issuer’s site, before the transaction process can be completed.

At no point do we see you card details, this is much safer than giving them over the phone

Where will Sound Distribution deliver goods?

Returns - Distant Selling Regulation 2000

You have seven working days from the day after you receive the goods to inform us that you wish to cancel and return the goods for a full refund this excludes products that may raise health and safety issues ie Helmets (see below). This must be done by email so we can expect the goods. The customer must take reasonable care of the goods. This includes ensuring the goods are adequately packaged on their return.

Return of Helmets

The industry standard is that helmets are non-refundable, this is because they are a safety device and it is in place to protect the consumer. However, if a helmet has no sign what so ever of usage, i.e boxed, tags still on, label on visor then we will process a refund once returned if notified within 7 working days from the day after you have received the helmet. If there is any sign of use then it is deamed that the customer has accepted the helmet and the helmet will be returned and the customer charged for return postage. This does not effect your Statutory Rights and we will repair of replace for the same specification if a fault occur with repair being the first option.
